Sessions run weekly or every two weeks.
Payment plans available: a deposit covers the first month, then two or three installments.

How we work together

We start with who you are.
Every Story Intensive begins with the Strong Interest Inventory, a research-backed assessment used by universities and career counsellors for over 90 years. You complete it online, then we spend 90 minutes going through it together.

Then we find your through-line.
UBC reads your application as one document, not five essays. Before we write, we work out what your application is actually about. Everything after that has to hold together.

We begin with your activities list.
Not the most impressive five. The most coherent. Sometimes the strongest include something small and quiet that carries more weight than the activity with a title.

You talk. I capture.
As you speak, I write your words into a shared Google Doc. By the end of the session your first draft is largely there, in your own language, because you said it out loud before you tried to write it.

Then we go deeper where it counts.
What's usually missing isn't detail, it's reflection. I leave specific questions in the document, and once your answers are in, we shape it together to fit the character limit.
